it is grindy but there is also a massive amount of sex scenes. every 1-3 missions are rewarded with a new scene and you also have the "booty calls" to have scenes immediately. also you can reply scenes and sometimes even only a part of a scene. so it is grindy based of the full game duration but not between the seperate scenes.

i need help, im stuck on the part where you give janet the clothes and toothbrush, i have collected them but when i go to janet she repeats the prompt to collect the toothbrush and clothes, what can i do to overcome this someone plz help
