Are you sure it's a fully final version or maybe, like on Steam, a version with the full story of the main storyline, but with the rest of the content still being developed?
I don't know about this game. But mostly games that are in F-N is made using ren'py engine i tried before and it's quite easy if you know even just a little bit of Python.
