abandoned would suggest a unfinished game
but CoC is finished (at least mainstory wise), you can play it from beginning to intended end

1. I just checked, then downloaded the latest version and checked again... no you cannot turn off futa when you make a new game. There is no such option.
2. If you could, that means >90% of the content poofs away.
3. Did you not read what you were replying to? was explicitly a post about how little content variety there is in the game despite claims by devs of catering to every fetish. You are trying to strawman it into a "waah I don't want futa in my game"
taking a super unfinished game and suddenly adding a final boss out of nowhere does not magically make the game finished.
Almost every NPC plotline stops in the middle. or more often at the very beginning.
eating raw human feces is better than most RPGM games here, so that is not much of an achievement.
