It would be nice to not have your character look like a mannequin. It would help with visualising the scenarios. Something like what lust dolls would help a lot.
This game is really good, is full of interesting characters and an immense amount of sex scenes. You can create your own character, mixing it with some alien races characteristics, or just changing your character sexual equipment however you like, no dick? Go ahead. No pussy either? Go ahead, you want to be a fatfuck? Sure, why not?. You want to be a futanari with dwarfism that is black, blonde and whit blue eyes? Of course!!.
People complaining about the gay stuff like is something the game is forcing you to do, when is not, all the gay content is avoidable just like every other sex scene. So why is there? Simply, because sex scenes from npcs (the fuckable ones) are mostly made using a single scripts, modifying it for it to fit the player characteristic. So if you want, you can have only lesbian/gay conten or just straight content.
So yea, in my opinion is an amazing game, i would change some of the UI stuff and add more dialogues/quests to the npcs that became your companions
