HIV Aids has roughly just as high a chance to be transmitted vaginally as it does anally (there is a 1.3% increase of risk in comparison of the two). You clearly didn't pay attention in Sex Ed. HIV is actually rooted in drug use, it doesn't just spawn in the ass. While it's true anal sex can weaken the immune system, it's equally true that you can't get an STD from someone who isn't carrying. Hepatitis B is a pre-existing STD that is the product of poor liver condition, and can be transmitted via anal, or vaginal sex. Hep B is not exclusive to one or the other. It's worth noting that anything that negatively impacts the immune system allows for a greater risk of STD transmission than just the act of anal sex, including a variety of medicines with the most common being pain killers and blood pressure regulators. Risk increases as much as 5-7% if immune suppressants are being used.
It's not fact, it's fallacy. What you're saying has some truth in it, but lacks crucial evidence that when included broaden the argument to a point that it doesn't fit the "gay super-spreader" narrative. Gays are at increased risk of HIV, but not because of Anal sex, rather the use of hormonal injections and drug use.
