Dude, just get a PC. Even a second hand one with Intel graphics could handle this and other NSFW games.
After a year, I'm glad this developer was able to get back to this AVN. It's a slow burn, but he's got that teasing nailed along with his animation. If he stays consistent with releasing content, this will be worth sticking with.
