Get medicine cabinet key downstairs and then medicine from second floor bathroom

for that also you need to progress with some of the story as well, the game has very few bugs that will ruin the game but those only happen later on i suggest when u get further in the sleep world you save everytime and every room
i never had much problems with the bugs just some scenes didnt show. The biggest bug was i think the 3rd place you went where that girl ghost chases you, if you got caught and didnt save before you did that the red spheres would disappear.
