A. content was added in phases as this is a milking patreon game. The gay and trans stuff was added later. and now only gay and trans stuff is added with each update.
B. this is a pirate site not the authors official original site. check their official itch.io page (linked here) and you will see a bunch of sample pictures showing only normal men and women. not a single trannie. And it shows what is clearly a harem (1 male surrounded by a dozen women). The description is vague but only mentions boobs and nothing about trans and gay.
