The prologue is played from her POV, but after that, the MC is male.
There is good and bad here. Game starts out, giving choices. But then later decides to stop giving meaningful choices, and invalidates the choices you made earlier. Game automatic has MC romance certain characters, without giving player choice.
Worst part, though, is that there is unavoidable scene where MC Rough Sexs a girl. Fantasy fiction Rough Sex is hot, but I want CHOICE. Choice to do, or do not. Then feels better either way, because it my choice!

Because I am pretty sure this update 0.5 came out months ago, it's certainly the name of the version I have from July.
