Your zip file needs some attention. 7zip and pea zip will not open this file what ever zip program you are using please correct it.

Most of the times (Dreams of Desire, Parental Love,...), incest content is censored by the devs themselves to avoid trouble with Patreon or other sites (they can even change the name of a game, like My Cute Cousin which became My Cute Roommate).
The incest patches you see most of the time here or on other sites, unlock/restore incest content that was deleted/modified. But in rare cases, like here, when there is no incest AT ALL, sometimes someone creates a mod that modify dialogs to add incest.
