No, we're getting new chapters every three months or so.
The latest post on the Patreon page is from March 11th, and states that chapter 20 is complete except for the testing. It should be released in another week or two.

So three months without an update means a game is dead? That's about half the games on this site. About a quarter only get updated every 6 months or more. One of the most popular games on this site, 'Being a Dik' gets updated every 4-5 months, is that dead as well? And an even more popular game 'Milfy City' gets updated every 6-9 months. That should be stone cold dead, if your criteria are to be believed.
