He is having some health related issues so the work is on hold.
He posted yesterday that he's getting back to it starting this month. He reports his energy levels are low, but he's on leave from work, so he has time but no energy.

Does anyone know what engine cheeky gimp uses to make this game? I'm honestly considering creating my own. I'm not a pro at game designing but how much skill does it take exactly to render and animate some of these scenes?

This is one of the best and my number 1 visual novel to date. If i could earse my memory i would play this over and over and over again. Cheeky Gimp did a great job and i wish to continue playing this game.
I hope he gets on his feet soon.
