No it's not its your choices decide. But you have to take 1 or 2 hard decision.
This is a realistic story with (more-or-less) realistically drawn female characters. There was no way it was going to end in a harem.
There are threesome and foursome possibilities, but full harem was never on the table.
That's one of the things that makes this the best game on the site: you have to make choices that will have real consequences.
