As of chapter 21, it isn't catastrophic yet depending on your choices in chapter 21. From some of the dialogue it looks like it might work out. OTOH, if you make the wrong choice in 21, you get an angry response from both of them, and that might be a permanent breakup.
After chapter 21, we don't know. Dating both of them might turn into a harem, or they might get together and kill you with chainsaws. No way to tell yet.
