It was said on the discord officially it is not possible due to patreon rules but one guy is working on an incest patch for the game, which should be ready this week.
Relax. I have been on this site for many years and this is the fate of most Young games. It gets lots of attention, and in few days gets removed by the website.
The comment section were fun place. Soon we will see another Young game in trending and story continues the same way.
