We are doing it by hand in GIMP and photoshop, we don't use AI tools and yes there are hundreds of games who do only that leaving their quality higher on first look they look great but then lack sex content so I guess it is up to everyone to decide what they want to play, decent games made using AI are sparse and that is sad too.
We just decided to create something on our own, we are not professional artists just decided to make a game in our free time instead of sitting in front of TV. We are still learning, plus you can play our game for free and no one is forcing you to play.

For point A, like someone else stated earlier, I was expecting to the see the teacher masturbating, not banging one of her students.
For point B, I'm personally not interested in more than one guy with one girl, so no gangbangs, MMF threesomes etc. I'm also not into any content that features black males, sorry not sorry, so that automatically makes me uninterested in girls who are involved with them, regardless of character (IE whore, prim proper etc). If possible, I'd rather not see that stuff at all and judging from the reaction to that easter egg for Judy before it was removed, I'm not alone.
And as for point C, as I stated above, I have no reason to get invested in a character (romantically or otherwise) who is a whore, where is the point of the minigames and the grind, if the girl will fuck anyone else for no work? I hope that answers your questions.

As a follow up, perhaps it would be possible, for those that want it, to essentially have a new dialog chain for Raven, where all of the scenes where she bangs other people, are replaced by the same scenes, but featuring the MC instead. For example, early on, she propositions the MC to fuck her say, in the classroom, so instead of fucking the other student, we get the same scene. but it's the student walking in on the MC fucking Raven and we can turn down the threesome that way. Just an idea.

I don't recall asking for them to be changed, but I respect that decision to stick with them as is, even if it's not my thing. So from what you said, I take it that, at least right now, there is no plan to have us dating the whores? It'll be more of a friends with benefits scenario? Also, about them cheating on their BF, will that be run of the mill, so a fuck when horny or a more Netori type thing where we steal them? Assuming you do add the dating for the whores, how will you make it worth our while to actually date them?
That is good to hear. Whilst I'm not into whores, it will still be nice not seeing stuff I don't like nor want to see. I appreciate that it will take several updates to implement those changes, not really going to nag at you for that, but it's still nice to know those changes will be coming!

Yeah many of them were created back in the days years ago when we had to create all conversations for 30 characters at once, which was exhausting to write each differently and I admit I failed to write it perfectly for each, and I knew some needed rework. (We made a list of 60 traits and split them for each characters)
Now when we have more experience of how to write these conversations it makes sense to apply some reworks. Sadly there are many other devs who don't give a f about what people think but we do, we are here in front lines to hear critic and plan steps to improve it, that's all. Nothing more nothing less. Totally agree, we need to include more clear decisions in many moments of the game, if someone don't like or don't feel like reading it, BAM! We will add option to skip it, not interested in seeing someone at the toilets - we will add shortcut there, interested in certain characters, over time we will add more scenes to make better variety to focus on parts of the game you will like the most, not forcing anyone to play it whole for characters not of your preference (or gain skills through sex scenes (EG. motivating MC in gym using BJ)

And we want to hear ideas like this, ideally on our discord please, feedback can greatly improve the game. (In short we played it many times and fresh look can discover moments which felt weird or bad, we will focus on main game characters now, and the only reason why we waited with it was to get better at drawing, writing, animating. Next update will be about Judy's rework, we have new pics on our patreon and mom will have many love relationship sex scenes.

I can understand that, it's all a learning experience. I'm looking forward to seeing what changes are made going forward, regardless of the direction chosen.
I certainly agree about the other devs. All most of them are after is a quick buck from their audience, so they either ignore all criticism or suggestions, or they just never bother even finishing their game, most notably amongst... certain types of games and devs.
