Haha, 1000 other games use celebrities too and even under USA Law when it is considered as parody it is hard to prove the real negative impact, in matter of fact even negative publicity creates it, that is why no one puts lawsuits. Summertime saga has Donald Trump as RUMP if I remember correctly and noone bats an eye. Similarly works Overwatch characters which have tons of games copying them, like academy34 or Four elements copy pasted avatar and as long as it is drawn separately and not 1:1 copied they are safe. What we can come around is the fact AI will soon dominate VN with celebrities as it is simple to make. That's what could hurt the games quality and it makes me sad.

It does not matter. The game is so small impact wise, there'd be no case on the actual impact of it, since there's next to no public exposure. That kind of stuff is only working if it gets mass public coverage, otherwise, by definition, there's no actual consequences or effect on her reputation and so on.
They could go with a right to an image, but since it's labelled parody, it'd fly out of just about any courtroom.
Best someone could do, MAYBE, is an IP infringement case, and even that would more than likely go absolutely nowhere due to how tiny the amount of people playing this game is.
There are so many games with IP protected stuff in them, or based on real persons and celebrities, if they could do something about it, they already would have done so by now.
