A two million densely populated city starts having periodical power blackouts, forced by new regulations in the hope to preserve nature and reduce pollution. A soon-to-be dystopian sanctuary, a twisted utopia for every crook, and criminal.

As crime rates increase overnight, emergency services have their hands tied, fearing that even normal living conditions could halt if the situation escalates!

While the citizens blame the mayor for his reckless decision, and riots start to occur across the city, MC battles with “awful” working conditions in his newly assigned “Female Department” position, and his shameful dark secret.
