Interface Improvements

Gameplay Changes
- Auras with a round counter can now carry over between clients. If a client leaves while an aura has 3 rounds remaining, that aura moves to the next client
- Auras with charges can now also carry over between clients
- Multitasking now works on all cards, not only friction cards, and its duration has been increased from 2 to 5 rounds
- Playful Mood now lasts 5 rounds instead of 3
- Smell of Sex now lasts 6 rounds instead of 3
- Smell of Sex now uses the total number of heroine orgasms
- Trace with Tongue now grants +3 pleasure per turn instead of +1, while the upgraded version grants +5 instead of +2
- Matching Rhythms now has 3 charges that can carry over between clients
