Because can be yakuza story, Zombie story. University story. Milking story.
After 3 years, probably we can know if copy of Where ia all Began or another game (or movies / comics).

This looks like it might be good. The Dev isn’t going to release Ch1. Till 100 supporters? It even says they are learning how to make the game? Sounds like a milk job in the making. Seems like they would get more supports by releasing content but that’s just me.
With how this is designed it does sound suspect.
