Set in the year 2198, Hypnos City, an independent state operating outside the jurisdiction of any other government body, is on the brink of collapse. Erected less than a century ago with the intent of becoming a haven for the poor and destitute, it was doomed instead to become a corrupt, inequality filled city, where prostitution, drugs, and violence was woven into the very fabric of it’s society.
When a national incident occurs, our protagonist Roland, a detective for the Hypnos City Police Department, must navigate the criminal underbelly of Hypnos, and prevent it from erupting to the surface in an outburst of chaos and bloodshed, all the while battling the grim reality of his own past and future.

Very nice indeed, but very little content yet…
Looks like there won’t be anymore. I have known a few games to go 11 months without updates and still continue. But 99 times out of a 100, it means it’s dead in the water
broken on mac. can’t save and can’t exit the settings screen.
Save problem:
click the save button and unable to select a save game. exit the screen and going back in to check and see if there was a glitch and still nothing.
Settings problem:
Click into the settings screen and change settings and press “return” and the screen stays there frozen.
Both glitches appeared with a variety of graphics settings
Ironically this game has nothing to do with the true meaning of Anarchy! Nothing but typical indoctrinated propaganda that the game author as well as most people were taught to believe since they were born
