i have a question about the gallery, how do I unlock the rest of it I've found the the pirates hidden item and the elfs but have not found the other two did i miss my chance for them as im on day 73 or so

Most choices are fluff, yes, but some will have consequences. There is one general direction for all the girls' stories. You are going to be sorta-nice to them (with some exceptions). Or you can just ignore some events and not progress certain girls' stories.

No, those items will always be there. One is in Rae's room, one is in the ground floor bathroom. You have to visit those locations at a certain time. though.
