User account system is currently in public beta testing phase. Bugs, inconsistencies and features not working as intended are to be expected.
Not sure what you mean about the save edit. Patrons get early access to the new versions and will get codes for rare special scenes once those are in the game, but there's nothing else that's locked behind patronage.

If I download this hot fix, will it affect my current progress?
It shouldn't. In theory, any save from 0.3.0 or later should cleanly migrate to the newest version. That said, sometimes shit breaks, you can try saving again in a different spot in the earlier version, if that doesn't fix, hit me up on game's discord (link's in the game).
I play it on android phone and at the 3th girl it crash every time.

The developer has not yet released an official version of the game for Android. What you are playing is an unofficial version, so bugs are everywhere and unfortunately there is no support (for now).
