Find the Witch's cabin. When you leave the main city, hug the right side of the map while going down the road to find a way into a forest area. There, you will meet a witch. After some dialog, go into the cabin, and loot it. You'll get goblin cum, bread, and an apple I think. Go into your inventory and drink the cum. After that, go south of the witch's forest, and you'll reach a shore. Get onto the beach, and go left. That's where you'll find the Golbin.
