You can eventually... read/follow the walkthrough and be patient! FYI you don't have to download all walkthroughs, just click on the dl link and preview it. Play in window mode, its not the best tactic for immersion but it can help you greatly.
what does it do really
It means you can just download extra pictures.. Has no effect on the game.
That's not extra, but complete set of all the images from the game + extra. For those who can't bother to play.
