Looks like this and Waifu Academy both got hit by a "No Taboo Games" policy on Patreon... I'm guessing we are going to either get stuff retconned to Roommate(s) + Landlady, or just have the stuff flat-out nuked..... Either way, it's going to be significant with how well the patching will work.
