User account system is currently in public beta testing phase. Bugs, inconsistencies and features not working as intended are to be expected.
You must have downloaded all parts: 1, 2, 3. Then unpack part 1 first. You need WinRar or 7-Zip application to unpack the files. (Both are free apps). This is a large file when unpacked. All parts will unpack combined to create a folder with it's contents. Look for the willy D.exe and press it.
Delete the three parts after you unpacked, but make sure you can play the game before you delete the parts in case you are having some problems. To unpack you select "Extract files... or Extract Here" from popup window when you right mouse click on the Part 1.
This game has a high graphics demand. Requires lots resources. It may not work for that reason. Your computer may not be powerful enough.
