Several things wrong with this. Receptionist at Hospital has notice everyday to meet her, but she always says "to be implemented" (the hospital scenes are only in update). The only way to get into sister's bedroom is with a knife, but I have to buy a knife at store - cost $5 - and only have $3 at the time. When I do get the money, the store and that walk-in option are no longer in the menu. So, I can never complete that task. All interactions are extremely repetitive and go nowhere.
