Oh well I thought just like other games at this site you only need is to "Extract Here" then you can play, but this.... you still need to download the setup for the game...

Except that's been a thing since the 8-bit NES days, so it's clearly far more "intuititive" than whatever alternative YOU could come up with.

Too bad, I'm not into monsters and tentacles committing lewd acts with human females. Otherwise, this is really great artwork, but this 'fetish' does nothing for me.
