In the game "Astreon" the year is 2032 and humanity stands on the brink of a technological breakthrough. A new material, developed by a group of scientists, possesses not only extraordinary strength, hyper-elasticity, and energy-saving properties, but also a unique, or rather exceptional, ability to self-repair. This capability turned the material into a regenerative pill, allowing people with limited abilities to become fully functional humans, while also making them stronger, smarter, and even extending their lifespan.
However, fearing the consequences of such power, the scientists decide to destroy the records, reports, and everything related to their research. They scattered, each going their own way. But as is often the case, someone found the remnants of this work. Ignoring the dangers, they decided to complete it, which eventually led to the formation of a globally banned terrorist organization called "Masquerade." In response, leaders of major corporations launched a large-scale operation to eliminate the individual responsible and eradicate everything related to the research.
You are a former soldier, unable to bear the guilt of the atrocities committed during the operation. You retreat to a remote location on the edge of the world, a small town cut off from the rest of civilization, where you planned to live a peaceful life with your wife and children, far removed from all the troubles of the past.
But, as often happens, things do not go according to plan. One day, when your wife goes on a business trip to a certain research institute, she suddenly stops contacting you. In an attempt to find out what happened, you embark on a journey. Days, weeks, months, and years pass... Eventually, you come to terms with the fact that you may never see your wife again, burying all your emotions deep inside. Then, one day, your son arrives, asking for your help and with a glimmer of hope that not all is lost, that there is still a small chance to restore your peaceful life.

I read you wanted some constructive feed back here is some only stooped people thing that smoking is cool you wont find special forces that smoke at least not the ones that want to stay alive the ones that gets winded from walking ten miles never mind running ten miles because smoking fucks up your lung capacity really fast i kinda whish people would stop with that crap and yeah generals sometimes smoke sugars but thy are fat and cant do shit in a combat scenario if you want to make a story about a bad ass spec ops dude it is far more realistic if he is a health nut because the better his health and fitness the better he/she survives in real combat and do you know how far you can see a ember in the night unless you want to get your head blown the fuck off you don't go out smoking at night do some research it helps a lot
Maybe you should do some research cause I know for a fact that there are special forces members who smoke. They do it moderation cause they still need to keep fit and smoking helps dealing with the shit they have to see instead of taking meds that dull their senses. You are right that they would not light 1 up in the dark so they can be spotted and if they do it cause they are safe. FYI I have friends who are in the SF that's how I know and can say it is a fact that they do. Also smoking in moderation does not effect your fitness as long as you keep training, over years yeah it can become a problem but so can age and injuries but you also have to take into account how much the person smoke, and other factors as well before you can know for sure how it will effect them and how fast.
