User account system is currently in public beta testing phase. Bugs, inconsistencies and features not working as intended are to be expected.
Being able to apply the oil to the shower curtain still appears to be totally random - though at least selecting the item no longer causes an error. It is a shame to that issues which should have been easily rectified still exist after 2 months of development.
All that being said though, there is some interesting new content and the game definitely has potential. It just seems to be a question of when might that potential be realised?
Repetitious and boring. Same actions over and over and over ad nauseam.
Here's how to enable console commands. Inside the game folder, go to renpy/common, find the file called "00console.rpy" and open it with notepad. Hit Ctrl+F and search for "config.console = False". Change the "False" to "True" (without quotes, capitalization matters). Remember to save the file.
Also note that if you have file extensions hidden you will just see 2 files called "00console". Google how to show file extensions. Or just open both of them, you want the one that doesn't display gibberish.
