No its not finished, there are many options that are not avaible in this version.
The bad thing is, that you find many of these options at the beginning of the game, so that if the game get a update, you have to start a new game to get these options, because in your old save you are to far.

The game is actually pretty good, some minor spelling errors but nothing that prevents the game from moving forward. Graphic and animations were good, story line not bad if you like that kind of story. Some content not available yet which tells me I can look forward to more updates. If you follow the quest line, the game is not to hard to figure out. I liked the game because it kept me entertain for a long time working on the quests.
