It seems as thought the next update is live as of June 1st on patreon. Though they haven't updated their patreon since that post, and I'm not entirely sure the post is an update. They posted May 30th saying the update was nearly ready and then followed that with the June 1st post being a poll for who his patrons want to update the story of next out of the girls. It fits their theme of updating their patreon once every 6 months it seems though.
