u should be able to get the pizza place right away, just talk to the girl at the counter, as for the massage parlor u need to progress to a certain point, get the walkthrough above and itll give u more details
ive never had a crash, its prolly ur extractor being out of date and not extracting fully

no idea why ur having an issue, try extracting with express zip and maybe ur files wil work properly, dont use an outdated winzip or else ur gonna be fucked
google wxpress zip by nch software and use that and then u probably wont have any issues, ive never had a bug, only issue ive had is with the worst translation ive ever seen
