The game froze when I reached the point where I must drink the poison.... Any clue how to solve this bcuz I've tried many things to unfold this unwelcoming interaction

I had the same issue. I had to start all over again. I think it happens because we try to skip it quickly. Wait till the Sifler's talking animarion is over to tap the next action. I reccomend to save the game before the poison scene so if it crashes you can load it again. I finished the game quite good. Better than renPy games
