I dont think that's possible with the age, unless Bella was pregnant at 18. And even so, i think with the MC's backround, i would doubt this kind of plot twist. But hey, all speculation here as well
Since we know Bella is 36, it makes it really hard to make certain connections. For a while, I thought she was an old friend of the MC's mother. And if Jill is her younger sister, then it makes sense for why they're together now. But the age gaps don't really add up since I am pretty sure the MC's mother didn't get pregnant at 18. Unless Royce remarried, it's pretty weird to have another daughter 15 years later too. I think she's her own story.
I sense Bella's husband is missing because of something she done. Not because he's MIA in the army like some think. Maybe something happened between her and Jill 3 years ago and he caught them (Maya/Josy part 2 lol). That room is very suspicious, not even Jill knows. If her story is really really sad, she could of suffered something like a miscarriage? Doesn't answer how she knows Jill tho? Maybe her husband/parents are Royce connected? Can't wait to find out!
I still have faith Mel and Sarah are just trying to force Sage into changing to the DIKs. I think Chad's secret gf is the MC's ex. I don't think Tommy or Quinn want to actually hurt Rusty and Sage, they're just going about the complete wrong way because Quinn is probably in a situation against her own will. We'll probably feel quite bad for her eventually. I hope Tommy opens up to the MC a little more now. He's our "father" after all and I just fought Caleb for him
