Can someone tell me whats new on update, and it is worth downloading and playing again?
They've added Episode 2, which is your initiation into the DIKs. I've found two sex scenes and multiple scenes like blowjobs, one anal scene, etc. There's a whole lotta content in this update, you should give it a go. (DrPinkCake does good updates in general. Just make sure you don't get overly excited over a quick patch that's there to fix bugs.)
