You've used a mod before, probably Scrappy mod so it's DPC running a safety check, you can bypass it using the console commands but it's a bit of a process so I suggest refer to the Being a DIK subreddit some brothers provided step by step solutions there
I read that people who used cheats/mods have this issue and Dr. PC currently has no intention to fix it. If you didn't use them then I don't know.

Replay ep 6 where you won the prize during your birthday (winning Hell Week required) instead of "using money for mansion" choose "accept prize" from Rusty.
I'll wait til 7.1 comes out on android just deleted 7.0. It's such a shame that the brawler don't work on android. The last brawler work I saw was in episode 3, after 4 came out brawlers don't work at all, all the way to episode 7, I don't know why can't they fix this. If I knew about programming I would make sure the brawler works it's hella fun to play a bit of beawler from multiple choices from the story. I wish all the mini game works. My favorite is quin n Bella there story is interesting.
