Between Humanity is a story driven novel whichĀ takes you on a journey into a potential future that borders on dystopia. Set just five years ahead, you, as the protagonist, were just an ordinary student until one day you wake up in a hospital room.
All memories of why you ended up there are blurred in the depths of your mind. But as soon as you try to go back to your daily life, you realize that something is fundamentally different. You are invited to live in your best friend's house, where you will also be sharing the space with her mother and sister, each of whom has their own set of problems and daily struggles. What could possibly go wrong with that?
With every decision you make, you not only change your own life but also that of your friends and loved ones. It's in your hands which game you want to play.

So far I like this story. Very pretty art and an intriguing story hook. I am a little concerned about a couple of the characters, especially Naomi. She seems a bit rapey to me. Also would've liked just a few more choices, primarily when it comes to the dream sequences with Naomi. Would've liked to be able to say NO! But then I always want the option to say NO...
So far Lucy is my favorite girl.
Hopefully we'll get some NTR in future updates

My issue isnt that it takes time... its the amount of time it takes. Shouldn't have to wait over 6 months for an update, especially someone getting the funding and support that Eternum gets. Pull your head out of your arse.
This AVN is very pretty. One of the most visually appealing I have seen on this site. The girls are very beautiful.
However there are no real choices. The 'choices' boil down to one thing: Do you wanna see a lewd? The affection system boils down to that too, its just longer term. Affection equals: do you wanna see a lewd with this character later on? Your choices have no influence over the story whatsoever!
The story itself is intriguing: Not actually sure exactly whats happening yet myself. I suspect its some sort of Matrix situation.
The worst thing about this AVN is that it takes an incredibly long time to get new content. I dont even know how long, but it seems like at least 6 months. Thats too long! I would like to see production time down to 3 months while keeping the content and quality as close to the current standard as possible.
For now I give this AVN 3 stars. I will reduce that rating if the production rate doesnt improve.
I checked and saw my earlier post. Its been 4 months not 6. Still I stand by what I said, I think the Dev should try to produce the next expansion in 3 months, while keeping the amount and quality of the content the same. That would impress me enough to raise the rating on this AVN to 4 stars.

Wow! This is one of the VERY few games I gave a 5 star rating to! The renderings aren't quite 3d, but they are good enough and that makes the sex scene animations run smoothly...at least on my cheap, no frills Windows 10 laptop. The story's dialog is very realistic and there's a lot of unresolved plot mystery to keep you coming back for more. I suspect it has something to do with the police finding corpses with their brains missing! Unfortunately, all I got to play with this download was chapter one. I will definitely be waiting for the next installment. I like the way the two twins, Lucy and Anya who are polar personality opposites of each other-one meek and shy and the other almost a nympho-, greet the new player at the beginning of a game. There's also a lot of interesting graphics special f/x that I haven't seen elsewhere. I think this game has the potential to be more popular than "Summertime Saga" which, imo, is hard to do. So, yes, give this one a try...
