User account system is currently in public beta testing phase. Bugs, inconsistencies and features not working as intended are to be expected.
Or alternatively, you know how to set up VPN / get a new IP so you can always download as much as you want full speed from MEGA
Although putting in zero effort, demanding to get stuff for free and complain about it too also is a good option I guess.

I've always liked this. Yes it's still in development so it will have crashes and bugs with each new patch/update. Anywho can't wait to see what else is added
