I'm not like these assholes I like the landlady model but the meaning of milf is "a sexually attractive older woman, typically one who has children" An attractive "older woman".
Looks like the game is still in dev. - I think the naming convention is its the final iteration for V0.3 - the Patreon is showing a update labeled V0.4
