It's the parents who need to teach their children about sex among other things. If you are passing that responsibility off to the government (school) , then you are literally neglecting your child(ren). No ifs ands or buts. Do your duty as an adult and a parent to teach them about ALL parts of life. Teachers only are supposed to teach the other things.
