The skipping happens when you left click to read the dialogue (Game Bug) .
##Solution:
1. If you accidentally left clicked at the beginning ” USE SPACE BAR TO STOP”
2. Use spacebar to procceed to the next dialogue.
3. Use mouse “ONLY TO MAKE CHOICES”.

Mr _t? I followed your instruction, unfortunately after uploading the .dat file it's showing an error "The selected backup file is not valid". Any idea what I am doing wrong?
