English is marginal at best, bug where 2 mowing lawn quests are assigned at same time results in dead end in the snake/bathroom scene on second time through. Do not talk try to talk to secretary again until after you have completed the mowing lawn job, or you will get duplicate assignment. Fix the English and bug I'd give game 7/10
you can not talk to her at some times of the day, wait til next day to talk to her
