Doctor Amana: Sexual Therapist -Ā Patient 001Ā (DAST-001) is intended to be the first in an upcoming series of virtual novels. This series features a non-linear narrative in which the MC is a patient, discussing his sexual encounters and romances with his therapist. As the patient tells the story to his therapist, you the reader will make choices that change the outcome of the story. Your decisions in the story will alter the nature of each of your relationships and determine what shape and form your sexual experiences take.
In our first story, Patient 001, you assume the role of Roger Harrington, a middle-aged corporate executive whose career has just suffered a major set-back. With his career in jeopardy and life as he knows it on the ropes, he begins seeking as much diversion and distraction as one man can possibly handle. The game features seven main love interests that can be pursued without exclusion. You choose which relationships Roger is involved in and whether those relationships are built upon love or lust. Your romantic choices are:
Emily ā Rogerās trophy wife to whom he has been faithfully married to prior to the events of the story.
Cassie ā The young woman of Rogerās household whom heās known his entire life.
Jane and Amanda ā Cassieās two high school friends. One is a brash young rebel lashing out at her parents. The other is a young genius with a love of anime.
Lupita ā Rogerās new single mom Bolivian house keeper.
Nanami ā Another executive from Rogerās firm that has come from the home office in Japan.
Monica ā Rogerās new African-America personal trainer.

So in order to download the file I have to put a program called Search Dimension on my system.. WTF?? Are you serious??? I am not adding some program that I have no idea what it is or what it does to play your game now or any future games by you if you continue to do this crap.

To have an update so short and with no sex it is counterproductive. The game started really well but this update is just meh.... This game was on my top 5 before.... but now it dropped considerably on my list. I was really close in supporting on patreon.. but now I will prioritize another.
it could just be a filler update while he works on a larger one for next month, u really dont know, and just cuz update has no sex doesnt mean its pointless, the main point of this update could have been to fix bugs and typographical errors, plus they can only do so much with living a life too
kinda pisses me off to see people slamming someone for something pointless like this, most devs dont develop thier games full time, they do it in their free time, so theyre giving up their time to make a game for u to play, if the game actually sucks then slam it with critic

The fact the the developer started a new story arch instead of developing more the previous ones is a big red flag for me. Looks like one of those games that is never finished. Deleted.
he could be just stumped on where to take the main arc so made a side arc to tide people over till he figures it out, there is a thing called writers block ya know
Just a thought: if you place two story arcs together, wouldn't that make it a story circle? Just sayin.
Boring and slow. There are many better games around.
u call this slow, u obviously havent played deeper or cure my addiction, those have meaningless grinds that amount to nothing (particularly deeper, i dont think anyones found any content in that game yet)
ive been playing this and i wouldnt consider it slow in any way, sure sex doesnt just jump at u in 2 scenes in, u gotta make the right choices, make a wrong choice and u miss out on a sex scene, so calling it slow is wrong, try the walkthrough and ull get the scenes, simple
the incest patch do u just overwrite the tl folder or what? im used to a single .py file being dumped into the game folder, anyone have instructions on this?
yeah, the game is fucked up, in the tub it says ur wife is still beautiful despite motherhood or whatever, but all the girls are neighbors daughters....the fuck, it makes no fucking sense at all, either fao needs to have an instruction tab or the patch needs a notepad detailing it, cuz it dont work
the dev who did the patch really did shit weird, why they did it this way is beyond me
