Doctor Amana: Sexual Therapist -Ā Patient 001Ā (DAST-001) is intended to be the first in an upcoming series of virtual novels. This series features a non-linear narrative in which the MC is a patient, discussing his sexual encounters and romances with his therapist. As the patient tells the story to his therapist, you the reader will make choices that change the outcome of the story. Your decisions in the story will alter the nature of each of your relationships and determine what shape and form your sexual experiences take.
In our first story, Patient 001, you assume the role of Roger Harrington, a middle-aged corporate executive whose career has just suffered a major set-back. With his career in jeopardy and life as he knows it on the ropes, he begins seeking as much diversion and distraction as one man can possibly handle. The game features seven main love interests that can be pursued without exclusion. You choose which relationships Roger is involved in and whether those relationships are built upon love or lust. Your romantic choices are:
Emily ā Rogerās trophy wife to whom he has been faithfully married to prior to the events of the story.
Cassie ā The young woman of Rogerās household whom heās known his entire life.
Jane and Amanda ā Cassieās two high school friends. One is a brash young rebel lashing out at her parents. The other is a young genius with a love of anime.

Nanami ā Another executive from Rogerās firm that has come from the home office in Japan.
Monica ā Rogerās new African-America personal trainer.

This is legit good writing. It's rare to find someone making these kinds of games who actually has an ear for dialog and can manage an interesting plot that features sex instead of revolving around it. Also, none of the girls have stupidly massive gravity-defying racks. This dev doesn't have nearly as many people on Patreon as he deserves. If you like story-oriented lewd games, this is right up there with the best of them, IMO.
He had more patrons. But when he decided to make useless gay/futa/ntr paths, many left. If you can't bring content on the main path, don't try to put a bunch of dicks in a male protagonist straight game. Never work.
'lunar's chosen' has made the futa stuff fun... But even there you can turn it off, if it triggers you...

he had three other guys on the project, how much you wanna bet that he pushed for gay/futa stuff and they werent down for that and quit....he blamed it on the pandemic (his last post on subscribestar was from two years ago and he more or less said this), the pandemic shoulda boosted his income on the game since people were buying and supporting games like crazy back then, his patreon is shutdown, his website is down, picarto has no activity that i could see, no idea about discord as im not gonna bother trying to recover my old discord account (havent used it in like 6 years), so safe to say this is going nowhere
