Yup. My choices were:
Wife: Blue
Nanami: Red
Doctor: Blue
Cassie: Red
Jane: Red
Amanda: Red
Maid: Red
Gym Trainer: Red
Really it's just the best way to go. Unfortunately we don't know that for sure because the walkthrough here is only until 1.0.2 instead of 1.0.5, but I think I got every sex scene.
