The incest patch is for 1 thing only is to make the game that got updated (removed some incest stuff) get's reverted back some files that let's you do some incest stuff and the Mod is like the incest patch but with extra seasoning as you can see the list in the mod.
This is also have walkthrough but the difference is it's not direct meaning it helps but you still need to figure something out on yourself unlike the separate walkthrough on where it's direct in helping you on what to do it's like free give away.

How to use this mod?
where to add incest patch and mod? and which to add first?
You unzip the file (if it's a zip package) and then you put the patch inside the folder that says "game" and that's it , you can start playing.
i dont know what the mod is supposed to do but it broke my game have to download again...
Works for me, just don't replace the files when you copy and paste. Also it looks like the MOD turns the game into a walkthrough. So if you want to know what your decisions do (IE +2 Lust etc) use it.
