Well since that is the whole premise of the game, I would suppose a NTR tag is coming.
NTR means that the scene is made to hurt the MC by having his significant other (like girlfriend or wife),
someone he has an strong emotional connection with, showing off that she has sex with someone else with the intent to hurt the MC.
