idk what you're talking about, the story was fully remade and while it has lots of old scenes, half of them changed or become bigger, or have different options with consequences. Also it its like 40% of the game IS new content.
Fantastic game! Love it. Though progress is on the slow slide.
The situations the protag gets in to is super hot. Though I wish it updated faster. Decent amount of content so far

There are many game like this .For example Claire's Quest and maize:D traveller (play online, the download seems to have only the editor not the game, not so sure you find out yourself )
They have another game called naked adventure which they are working on updating right now. Would 100% recommend claire's quest
